Mario met Silvia at school at the age of 16, and they are together for about 10 years! And yes, she was in Madrid with Kathrin Gilch, the girlfriend of Manuel Neuer!

The most “interesting” things in the interview are:
He finds more difficult to be a model rather than a football player; he likes to do pilates; he uses every day a cream for his dry skin; he loves vintage autos and motorcycles, even though he doesn’t have a license to drive the last one; he finds difficult to live like David Beckham, as he likes to keep its private life for himself; he doesn’t drink alcohol during the football season, only during the off-seasons in summer and winter; he says that he has friends among the football players, such as Sami Khedira, Holger Badstuber, Jerome Boateng, Andi Ottl (but not Basti!!!); after his football career he would like to start with marketing or management; and when asked if he became a football player in order to attract girls, he answers no, he wanted to be with 8 players…. That’s all!! :)
